Prismframes

Terms

The short version.

These are plain-language terms for using Prismframes, run by the person who runs this site. By using the site or the studio you agree to them.

Your footage is yours

You keep every right to the clips, songs and exports you make. We never receive them, so we cannot use them. You are responsible for having the right to use what you edit, such as music you add to a clip.

Accounts

Everything but exporting works without an account. To export you sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email address. Keep your inbox to yourself, because anyone who can open that link can sign in as you. You may have one account per person. Do not make several to get around a limit. We may refuse or remove accounts that do, or that abuse the service. You can delete your account yourself at any time, as the privacy page explains.

Use it fairly

Do not use Prismframes to break the law or to harm other people. Do not try to break, overload or reverse the sign-in, the waitlist and other services we run.

It comes as it is

The tools are offered as they are, without a promise that they will always work or be free of mistakes. Video software depends on your browser and your computer, so results can differ. Keep copies of your original clips. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost files or lost time.

Plans can change

The studio is free to use today, and a free account can export 2 times a week. Pro is not available yet, has no price and may change before it launches. Joining the waitlist is not an order and does not commit you to anything. We may change or end features, and we will say so here.
